I really dig the Terragraph concept and hope that the rollout works, if only from a nerdgasm POV. Certainly the number of vendors with Terragraph gear indicates there's more than a handful who believe it can be economical.

Does anyone know what 5GG's Terragraph deployment model looks like?

Would they do what you said and potentially use customer premises connected via (non-Terragraph) wireless backhaul to feed other mesh nodes? Most of the material I've seen suggests the mesh nodes would be fed by fibre.

Also, the comparison to UWL is not quite right. UWL is not valued for its fixed wireless network - UWL's value is in it's other pieces, primarily the wholesale & infrastructure, and specialty services pillars. UWL has actually been running down its FW network since IPO and the IPO would not have gotten off the ground if it had only been the fixed wireless business.
