If you're worried about germany cutting 20 reactors (which may not happen, subsequent govts may well overturn this decision) then check out some of these recent news bytes. :

Why Germany said no to nuclear power

"But in reality, her decision to get out of the nuclear power business means that France will be supplying a growing proportion of German energy needs over coming decades. Most Germans are either unaware of the fact that much of their energy is imported from French, Swiss or Polish nuclear plants, or they just don't care, as long as the reactors are sited far from their own back yards. Germany has become a nation of nuclear nimbys.

So should it matter to us if Germany chooses to impose unnecessary costs on its own industrial and domestic energy consumption? Germany is the largest economy in Europe and the European Union has a habit of imposing German prejudices on the rest of its member states. Enemies of nuclear energy will be emboldened to pressurise other governments, including our own, to follow the German lead.
    "

    - Summary of this is even if germany cuts their nuke plants, the net amount of global nuke output probably wont drop dramatically as the power output will just be outsourced to other countries as their "green" approaches wont meet the base load needs, and the NIMBY's are protesting against windfarms as well as nuke plants.

Saudi Arabia plans to build 16 nuclear reactors by 2030

    - This should offset any drop in nuke output due to germany nicely, leaving fundamental demand increases from india/china in tact.

Are Uranium Prices Ready to Rally?

"China's Nuclear Energy Association announced two weeks ago they will boost atomic capacity as much as eight times by the time 2020 rolls around.

By 2030, India's Atomic Energy Commission is increasing production 13-fold.

Turkey has a 4.8 GWe reaction site under construction on its Mediterranean coast and plans for a similar project on the Black Sea. They're looking to build a third reactor on the Bulgarian border.

The United Arab Emirates has construction plans for four 1,400 MWe reactors. And Sweden just reportedly reversed its moratorium on new reactors.

The demand is very real, folks despite the horrific events in Japan.

    Uranium Rumour Confirmed

"Three weeks ago a rumour surfaced that clean-up contractor Fluor-B&W, which was to receive the DOE uranium as payment, had found a buyer for the full 5.2mlbs. The uranium price pushed up to US$57/lb.

At the end of that week Fluor denied the rumour and the uranium price fell back a dollar to US$56/lb in the following week's trade. But at the end of that week, Fluor announced it had indeed sold the whole lot to international metal and mineral trader Traxys.
