My understanding is that in the next few days AGM will announce who has made approaches to the company. Then ZFX will decide to extend offer for another 4 weeks or up the price. Michelmore can't walk its his first deal and he isn't CEO yet. If they walk which is very unlikely they can't do a bid again for 6 months. In 6 months time AGM will be making millions every month then its too late.
