Yes it would seem strange and may not happen if there is no significant news to justify.I think however one aspect we could all agree on, is this hostile bid form ZFX has been somewhat unusual and disappointing for all.

AGM SH's would have ideally liked to have seen a bid in 6 months time if a bid had to come.

All the debate on price is rhretoric and full of emotion given that AGM is not chasing a sale and about to enter a major milestone in production.

ZFX SH's seem to be equally as sensitive but the fact still remains. ZFX probably needs AGM rather than the other way around particuarly in the short term.
