    I would like to know how the former directors' ASIC case is going.

    As to the merger, well as far as I can see RGM is not worth a crumpet. What BOS has said of it is hardly inspiring. Should a BOS director act in the best interests of BOS, or the company being paid to manage the merger and in which he is also director?
