They deliberately pumped the stock up on about proprietary technology which would soon be seen as just imagination. They hoped some one else would perfect it in time for their plan. I bet it is the micro-encapsulation tech being developed by other companies. EXL's patent on this tech is probably just a patent for now. I don't think EXL has perfected it either. And this tech won't address the molecular instability of cannabis oils. The shelf life for the oil is only 3 years even when preserved in lab conditions.

This is why we now have the deafening silence from this company.
