Harry Karelis has shafted all of us by giving away half the equity in Zelda to "Ilera Therapeutics" which is a private company that was incorporated very recently and has no website/ no assets/ no business. Also "Ilera Therapeutics" appears to the remnants of the sale of Ilera Healthcare to TerrAscend:
