If you have no confidence in the board of this company , it may be prudent to invest elsewhere ,

 This company as TWH reversed into AC8 and if you were in at the start ( TWH) the returns here have been substantial.

any price below the 80 is a good buy  IMO . Back in for fifth and final long term hold .

set and forget. if i had more cash id be in for more at these prices .

If it goes to 50 ill be even happier to buy up more. 

You need to provide some facts on why the company is  failing in your opinion to warrant a change to the board !
