I hope so. I don't mind if it hits 70c again then go up from there. I hate it when it was resilient around 90c when the market was real bad then it did a tumble to 64! They keep saying on track for 2019 without disclosing what they are doing now to be sure that they are on track for 2019. The volume is so low with a lot of buyers hoping to buy between 70c - 80c seems to suggest that the worse is over. But I would not go in hard with this baby. It's better going slow and a little at a time.
