When the news come we will get a pop and a leg up. The company is now cashed up and doing things. Now is the time to wait for more drop and buy some more until it hits a medium term bottom. Accumulate slowly with discipline is the key, and buying with cash rather than borrowed money. Then we can sleep well waiting for the leg up. I am not sure technical charts will help. Once we run out of sellers and short sellers, we will get a bottom. Even if there is no strong development soon, I think it will bounce up strongly if there is a take-over offer.
