I was just looking at EXL's quarterly report, the level of professionalism they have is what AC8 is needing, we are a company with the cash, already have the licenses but no progress or action plan being told to the shareholders.

Lucky to the early investors in exl. They are getting good plugs on a few other pot stocks. No wonder their price has gone up 60c in like a week!
