ZFX have handled this takeover poorly. Despite that, they should still get AGM for a dollar IF THEY ANNOUNCE NO FURTHER EXTENSION AND NO INCREASE IN PRICE.
I am short AGM for plenty at $1.03 because there is a good chance ZFX might walk.
Both these companies have handled this situation very amateurishly. ZFX have used poor tactics whilst AGM are just plain incompetent.
