Melua, if what AGM is saying is correct and they do want to sell, the beards then should go and have a talk with Michelmore and state what they want for it, and put the matter to bed once and for all.

Although I am not happy with the cash offer, one has to be raelistic that I cannot stop the thing to proceed on my own.

As such, why doesn't Michelmore come out and offer also scrip for scrip for the AGM holders who do want to be a part of the future in what AGM has created.

I am sure, that if that was the case, the matter will be resolved in a very short period of time.
