If the bailout is blocked, then there will be obvious repercussions on Wall St and hence here.
But the way Bush has been talking it up lately, its not like they have much of a choice.
Pass the bill or suffer complete financial ruin....which would you choose.
But i can also see where the DEMs are coming from.
Committing 1 trillion odd dollars to a solution that may not solve the problem is a big call...even for the yanks!
