They have a very fluid business that adapts quickly to significant changes in sales trends. This makes them very efficient. Their Asian strategy is in good hands, and I hope their skin in the game remains until Asian sales have added significantly to earnings over the next few years. It doesn't seem likely that Blundy, CEO, and other top shareholders will get this wrong, given the substantial personal investments they have made.
