I am not too concerned about the sellers of the SPARCS. These shares can be absorbed by the market in a couple of weeks. If we get a positive announcement re DBCT it would be a matter of days. I think the reality will be found somewhere between my "wishing & hoping" and your "doom & gloom". Apart from the 8% NAV adjustment for the dilution (which has already been priced in) this is a very short term issue.
