If I was going to convert and sell, I would want to do so before anyone else. The more you have at stake (the largest holders), the quicker and cleverer you want to be.
The quickest way to do it is to short the stock as soon as you know you will receive the shares... immediately after the vote. Cover the short when the shares are delivered.
Next fastest, obtain your SRN as soon as it is available. I think Otakou and Dargie did that - half way through last week.
Can't believe too many anxious to sell would be waiting for the mail.
