Who knows what the selling is. It could well be a party that is aligned with CZA keeping the price low to make sure acceptance is high.
If the price is at 24, people might want more than 20 c and 1 CZA. If the price is at 17 (lol wtf?) , everyone in their right mind will agree to 20 plus one CZA.
Personally, the only reason I wouldn't accept the offer is if I had thrown out the paperwork and couldn't get a new copy in time...
Considering I HAVE thrown out the paperwork accidentally... I should really work on getting a new copy before I run out of time.
