GR,i read a little info on another co i hold,they made an acquisition (a profitable one) when the parent co referred to the acquisition they also referred to the ceo of that acquisition.This is what tls should be doing,restructuring their current divisions with accountable ceo's.Just like wesfarmers and that other little example.
