Other gripe on my mind is tech, management just aren't accountable enough for their mistakes, its almost impossible to find out if they are winning or losing, its like a plaything for them. They gave away ooyla... theses guys just shouldnt be in charge of other peoples money...
There are still good aspects to Telstra, but its strengths are being outweighed by its mismanagement right now imo.
So i decided to take my 10% gain and go home.
