    it's unlocking value by selling stake and not selling them completely.... these assets on books are undervalued as of today look at any Telecom company that has unlocked value of towers etc and u will find that they really valued them poorly to be safe than sorry. listing helps unlock that value. tls has been way behind the curve in terms of unlocking value and may be one the last major ones to do so.

    look at this chart since listing of an indian Telecom infra company vs its parent company. i recall this as i had seen them on cnbc sometime back and then i looked it up. Telecom prices are brutal in india but since infra listing their parent company has moved up by 50% in last 8 year. Vodafone has been virtually destroyed but this one due to infra assets survived n now recovering. we have no such bs here and yet we see tls being dumped at every rally. that should stop post listing. maybe our good dividends will come to tls from the split companies and end up getting more div that 16 cents.

    all this hope for now...
