you need to give time and have patience. it's not been a month we heard penn talk about his vision for tls... penn has learnt a lot from the past at the cost of shareholders. getting a new guy who doesn't understand tls is far worse than letting penn use his exp at tls to help fix it.
selling off assets that are costing the company to maintain and instead renting the same asset improves cash flow significantly. they may even use that to reduce debt for all u know again that would help better our dividends..wfh will reduce cost further when they end leases of many floors over time... also reducing employee count that will resume from feb 2021...
