What I don't understand,maybe I read it incorrectly,but TPG bought a truck load of 850ghz when it was last auctioned,in total more than optus held.Plus vodafone 's holdings when they merged.So why reduce or reallocate tls's similar spectrum holdings.? Maybe curiosity will get to me and i may try a google each telco's holdings specifically in the 850 to 900ghz. penn could not be doing more for the govt and accc but still they interfere.
