the data center bit is the wholesale bit, that is not IMHO why the TLS SP is so low. the SP being low ball has nothing to do IMHO With their wholesale, DC centers, wholesale market segment.
It is retail side that is squashing the TLS SP always IMHO but pls DYODD.
