GR,I have no doubt 5g will be a game changer.ACMA still has higher frequencies to release but 26ghz is plenty,although the US is doing something with 42ghz not sure about japan and korea,but clearly the UK is behind Australia and the examples mentioned are already in Australia or being discussed like driveless cars.
But happy to be corrected about my esports posts but again for me it appears a concern tls is partnered with fortress in this melbourne city block with a capacity of 200.
ESL in the year before covid got 17,000 for the esports finals apparently split between the margeret court and john laver converted tennis staduims.
Again 26ghz in april will be a game changer for esports,it will comply with global esports std's,so who will be working with ESL to provide the ,i guess,regulation esports 5g mmWave mobile control units for the finals.?
melbourne park tennis stadiums when converted to esports arenas look very similar to asian esport arenas.
I doubt TSM or Skillz would hold events in the city with a capacity of 200,they would prefer the converted tennis stadiums until a purpose built facility is built,imo only happy to be corrected correctly.
ps lol can't help it,just like mmWave spectrum laser requires direct line of sight,it has 20 times the bandwidth capacity of spectrums,its speed is 10thz,i believe 6g spectrum max;s out at 3thz.And laser can't be hacked unlike spectrum and its land equipment looks similar to mmWave and although Australia leads on laser data transfer ,voice and video over laser is being researched.
Hence my point,nbn must contend with mullins 30% 5g figure,but it seems to me nbn will have to compete with laser in the future.
Hence my comments on the 30 year lease.
