Fibre was only to be connected to 90% or less of properties not every property as you wrongly said. As 80% are in cities it mainly covers the cities. $120Billion figure must come from a proper study to use the figure, LNP from memory said $90 billion as an exaggerated figure to attack Labor . You can't just claim it's true just because it was written or said by some potato head in a paper.
The NBN CEO did not say that, you made that up. Common sense alone would suggest he didn't say that
