So far technologies like coherre have not been required in Australia because the roll out of mmWave has not started and transitional 5g ie 850mgz to 3.4ghz does not require coherre ..
But in april in Australia the roll out of mmWave starts thats when technologies like coherre will 'start' to be required.
I'm not sure if telstra can use coherre if not approved as a global standard,i think they can.
