Rudds NBN was to bring the same high quality internet service to everybody. Those lucky enough to be on ADSL didn’t appreciate the disadvantages of being on dial up. ADSL was provided free to those who had access, others had to live with dialup. The ADSL service was restricted to the privileged, something Libs regard as natural.
