thats my point,whether holders understand it or not,penn is currently and has nationalised tls and the ebitda reflects that.What he does with the proceeds concerns me. But clearly management has no idea how to grow ebitda excluding the nbn compensation package penn as cfo agreed to and penn as ceo took 2 years to suggest to tls holders re nbn headwinds.. But did penn hint or CHAIRMAN at the time of signing the 55% reduction in profit due to nbn headwinds as per nbn agreement.answer NO. its a joke,shareholders paid billions for tls to upgrade the networks only for penn to grant now access to something only vodafone dreamt of and even the accc said no a short time back.towerco. But keep supporting penn if u believe in a woke/pc management.
