First infraco always made sense for many reasons but tls still has to invest the proceeds to replace ebitda.But in what.?
Towerco although i feel vodafone/tpg could not ask for more as they did against the accc in court and lost,it will produce proceeds but again like infraco what will tls invest the proceeds in ?
The split between servco and international is opaque,but it will be interesting the value the market puts on both businesses relative to the ebitda produced.
