Go back over these threads and you'll find plenty of 5G champions, some saying 5G would have replaced most fixed line connections by now and TLS will clean up. But despite our complete shambles of an nbn most businesses and households still rely on it and that isn't going to change anytime soon. Our businesses rely on the information highway equivalent to the road network of a third world country.
People seem quite happy to repeat complete nonsense if it fits their political view, they just take a little holiday and come back and repeat the same drivel. I wouldn't even mind if they actually thought about it and reached their own conclusions but many on here struggle to muster an independent thought that wasn't put there deliberately by someone else on Sky, Facebook or in the Daily Trash.
