Where to now for long term investors of Telstra, page-11321

GR,just read a brief article in the AFR re medicaldirector.
Its not a small play ie $500m acquisition plus.
I obviously no nothing about this business,i just hope tls makes tls health a stand alone business with the ceo being accountable not the acquisitions.
Last i remember tls wrote down tls health $273m,can't remember if that resulted in no value on the books.In article its suggested ebitda for tls health has grown 17%.?What does that mean ie from what.?Why not say what the ebitda is.?
Anyway,hope its successful because as u suggest it should b but that depends how it is managed.
Same tls energy.
ps i would prefer to read tls invests billions in red energy or what ever red energy is valued at (including new $600m gas powered electricity plant).Again a stand alone business business with ceo reporting to tls ceo.
