This will bring up legal liabilities for Telstra if someone has an adverse reaction.... and could cost them a lot more than $6 Million in legal fees.
Aren't Telstra buying their own shares (aka.. NOT the market) with money they should be using to grow their business... seeing they were down 11% in profits for the year.
