Where to now for long term investors of Telstra, page-11644

Let me give what many value as my 2 cents worth.
As posted Thodey put a value on the fixed infrastructure of $20b before nbn agreement.
Since nbn agreement infrastructure has been upgraded to fttn nationwide plus some of the exchanges,by memory 1500 have been converted to data centres.
The last so called last mile has been hmm upgraded tls owns the pipes ,nbn owns the fibre/copper and nbn is required to maintain the last mile.
I believe $30b is not a ridiculous figure,but as posted it depends how tls spreads the costs between infraco and servco.This is a obvious concern because currently tls breaks even on infraco so to sell it they must half the $1b nbn lease figure so as to give infraco an approx 5% return for future investors.
So again imo $30b is reasonable ,but tls's nbn lease payments r cut in half and then it depends on how tls breaks up the costs between servco and infraco.
As posted,tls is selling the high value assets first ,the hard work will be treating the 'bloat' and making servco a viable division ,which should be a concern for the market because serco holds 'NAS' and tls retail,nas being valued bytls at $8b with little profit but imo with absolute potential of a write down due to tls's history of running such competitive IT businesses and the same goes for tls healths new acquisition.
