Hey GR,its not a done deal but it would be a good start.
I'd just make my point that i continue to have concerns about general managements ability to run tls including tls energy efficiently.
Again Nikos appears to make sense when he comments on the network but if he was ceo of the network we could clearly judge his performance.
I get very frustrated with the current planned restructure because obviously imo only the obvious restructure is not happening ie as posted tls should be split into stand alone businesses as they all are lge enough or absolutely have the potential to be lge enough ie tls network,tls purple,tls energy,tls retail,tls health etc.
As posted appoint one ceo to run each business ,if the business does not perform the ceo must go.
It would 'ensure' tls does become more agile and efficient as the performance of each business would be clear and could not be mixed in with the current imo only over managed tls mess where there is still plenty of dead wood.
Again imo only its not brain surgery,wesfarmers should be the obvious business model for tls to follow.
Tls is currently a disgrace considering the sectors it is in imo only,it should be growing earnings not selling valuable assets to pay the dividend.
Again a 50% net profit reduction complete rubbsh.
