First of all there is multiple sat providers in PNG (Kasific/Syntelix) the issue is not technology its distribution/payment channels. You have 20% of the population banked - majority do not have credit/visa debit cards as it stands today - KYC no chance... Digicel has over 5k+ distribution points in PNG - this is a cash economy...
