Incorrect this is from someone that doesn't understand satellite technology developments. If u provide the best new and developing 'technology' including realtime reliable satellite connectivity combined with best pricing u will attract yr cash distribution points who would be more than ready to resell a superior and cheaper satellite service. And why imo the billionaire maybe selling out,unless digicel (in yr frontier markets or the wild west) is able to make an agreement with a imo superior global developing satellite telco service as in space ex telco service ,superior for a number of reasons. All space ex needs is the access to PNG air space and other pacific islands air space thrumost likely a telco then they can choose who resells their service.
I'm not interested in researching yr satellite companies but if they don't have deep pockets there history.imo only In Australia space ex i believe purchsed enough spectrum to target the regions they have interest in,.Hmm we have 2 nbn satellites plus tls's agreement with some satellite co.
