The serious issue for tls is its being eaten alive by smarter operators slowly regarding their utility business as in their bread and butter .
Tls has no capability to diversify under current management unlike wesfarmers.
This is the boards job to understand and develop the business model for 'holders' not to support 'their' pathetic costly elite positions.
Tls management has no understanding of business reality and imo only this will be reflected in upcoming agm eps,fcf and div.
