Along with Kelly Bayer Rosmarin losing her job, they must start stronger regulation of Telstra.
Telstra is so understaffed, underresourcing, uses offshoring, and low cost low value outsourcing.
Telstra is not immune from this chaotic lack of customer service and customer rights in Australia.
Much more regulation of Telstra is needed as well as SingTel Optus.
They must increase the regulation of the telcos like Telstra. Telstra is run on a shoestring budget, the data breach could very well happen to Telstra.
Vicki Brady is a shocking CEO IMHO. Totally mismanaged Telstra, understaffed, under resourced and very poor in customer service.
Better than Optus but probably not be much.
Telstra must ensure it is incredibly strong.
