I agree with your comments- particularly the spinoff of InfraCo. Its 49% sale will fully monetise it, as detailed in the S, Bartholomeusz (c.$17b?, just for 49% sale of InfraCo). The Age 12.10.22 article, linked above on 12.10, is very persuasive. Many billions of $ will be delivered to TLS shareholders (increased SP &/or dividends).
Many stockbroker firms (eg JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse etc.) are now giving SP targets for TLS in the $4.50- $4.60 range, in the next 12 mnths. They, also, expect dividends to increase.
TLS is considered a "safe" defensive stock, when many have worries about a recession occurring,
As per the Amplitel Mobile Phone Towers 49% sale, amazingly for $2.8b, the restructuring into 3 divisions will help monetise the other TLS assets. Infrastructure investing is highly sought after by Fund managers, Pension Funds etc..
TLS hit $3.90, intraday, recently. IMO, this SP strength is likely to continue- especially after the restructure is formalised on 1.1.23.
