TLS no longer have Clough now in receivership. That insolvency could do a lot of damage to TLS just look at the Clough case study on TLS website. Now TLS might no longer be able to bid for NBN and their adaptive cloud solutions are now in jeopardy.
I am surprised they have not announced to the market. does the disclosure not need to be made once the receivership occurs?
Are we expected to know? I see TLS is mysteriously trading up for the day so what will happen with this information lag?
