More reports in the mainstream critical of Optus- this time from a women who has never been a customer of Optus, or of one of its partners (eg Virgin). She said that she received a letter from Optus, saying her personal details had been leaked!
How many of the 9.8m persons, who had their personal details hacked, would be very upset/angry etc. with Optus?

Saunokonok 9.11.22 said"Motherway, 80, has always been a loyal Telstra customer, so the mystery letter at first caused confusion, which then gave way to anger."Thinking back on my history, I can't see anything that would do it," she said, when asked how it was possible Optus had obtained then kept her details on file".
