1. TPG is also considering sale of some of its infrastructure.
Some of the comments in this link also bode very well for TLS, if it decides to sell (as appears likely) a minority stake in some of its infrastructure.

JPMorgan analysts have estimated that the sale of 49% of the business could fetch between A$12 billion ($7.67 billion) and A$17 billion ($10.9 billion). They believe that Telstra will seek to complete the sell-off before the end of the financial year next June 30.

This. no., however, pales into insignificance cf the Optus 9.8m clients' hack- which also divulged clients Drivers Licence & Passport details & nos.
