AI has no competitive advantage value unless its supported by superior management/customer service and infrastructure.
To understand tls imo you must divide it into 2 parts ,infrastructure and IT.
Infrastrure tls mobile makes a profit which hasn't changed for many years $3b,tls fixed no material profit.Tls competition are targeting the high profit customers in infrastructure with specific purpose built networks.

second part IT tls purple again no material profit.and the concern being tls fixed and tls purple market value approx $30b.whenagain its only tls mobile thats makes a material profit.?

Tls insfrusture and tls IT has some extremely clever imo superior management in both infrastructure and IT .
Imo just because tls is a one stop shop for connectivity and IT does not mean this is a competitive advantage.
The players in the sector are targeting connecivity and IT especially now the obvious issue of cyber seciruty but clearly requires quality customer service etc.
Best to research tls's competition in infrastructure and IT,just saying tls is embracing AI are just words,its performance that counts.
Tls has so much potential but no idea imo only.
Look at the quality management of wesfarmers especially macquarie and lets include soul pattersons.They have no blinkers,if an opportunity arises and they feel they can make a profit they just do it.There is no reason tls could not have a division like say macquarie MIRA if they had clever management.
Tls has no idea how to run any business,how many billions have they poured into their mobile division with no profit gains.?
