I feel most of the fall is due to TLS saying their infrastructure stuff is not on the market AT THE MOMENT . (it hasnt gone away)
I thought and the market probably also that after the demerger was bedded down this could have been soon .
TLS is solid and Im looking to add just watching for the best entry price
