Imo its not the acquisitions whether Versent ,recent previous announcment,and previous 8 or 9 acquisitions ,bottom line imo its tls management and tls purple management. Will the best of the Versent 500 experts be incentivised enough to stay at tls purple? That is the massive question imo. I unfortunately doubt it. Including that new manager within tls purple,if he is any good will he stay.? Example ,tls ventures got sick of dealing with the DH tls board,now an accepted term going by Ray Martin,so they started dealing with some tls tech guys who understood their recomendations. It appears tls understands a good business ,they just can't run a business. By pass the DH tls board and tls purple bureaucracy and tls purple may start to get a pulse,because at the moment its on life support and valued by dh tls board at approx $10b .
