Irrespective of yield , TLS is a cyclical (boring) stock and it is currently on the cusp of the uptrend. The low volume, mid term div trading has been influenced to some degree by the increase in short positions. Albeit low in percentage terms it does effect the trend in low volume periods. The short positions have halved over the last month and as nothing else negative has come to light, TLS full year result is a given, as is the dividend (even perhaps a half cent improvement). Therefore expect an upward trend to about $4.10-$4.15 till the end of July. A capital gain of about 12%.
