I have read/heard that for many years,tls partners with some co to make tls purple more agile etc.
Telstra simply said they will be reducing network applications and services.(tls purple)
We should not have to explain tls's announcements,we should enjoy management presentations like I do some other co's even co's i don't hold such as brickworks brillliant management consider its hurdles especially compared to tls imo. I havet stopped watching presentations last 2 reports.
This concern holders should have is when will purple be written down and as posted infraco is losing its value due to tecnology changes and growing competition.
imo only holders should demand tls purple be separated maybe same chair but new ceo,cfo and board then both divisions would be more accountable and easier to understand and harder to hide incompetence imo only.
etc etc etc
tls should be a solid low growth but dependable/sustainable higher div paying holding in my portfolio but its fundamentals suggest otherwise imo.
