My understanding is tls has little share/ownership of the data centre sector.
Equinox,NextDC,Amazon,rackspace,canberra DC's etc are the main players.
Tls was pushing hard initially into the DC sector but under Thodey changed its policy,sold one or two DC's/co operated and started using selected above DC's.

Telstra had no choice but not to sell infraco.It loses money,NBN is losing money it can no longer be sold because u can't sell a busiiness that loses money.It left its run to late and the worst part being tls management being accountants should have understood the nbn agreement would result in above.They should have made the sale part of nbn agreement because that makes sense especially being accountants.

Ready to be fact checked,but I believe the ACCC has approved the partnering between Vodafone/optus re mobile network.Now optus is preparing to expand its 5g coverage.

Telstra is shrinking to a level where it will be on par wit tpg and optus.The smart players will take the high value customers while tls,tpg and optus take the high volume low margin high complaining rif raf customers who keep the ombudsman busy.
