Why? How else can you describe the LNP right now? They couldn't organise a pissup in a brewery, and if they did it would be full of flat soft drink and round-up cocktails. Further, regardless of what I choose to call the party, my justification on the future of TLS still stands. If you can't put up with the nicknames, grow a thicker skin.
My point still stands. TLS has a great future, IF it can pull it off. Some of it is in their control, some of it is is dependent on leadership, and a lot of it is dependent on external factors it just has to go with.
